Frizz-ease, Aussie, Tresseme or John Freida collection

I have damaged hair that are meduim legthed. What should I use... I use a lot of hear so they are really damaged. Which one out of these four worked for you?Which hair product does a better job of getting rid of frizz and taming damaged hair?FRIZZ-EASE, AUSSIE,readOn?
I would use the John Frieda frizz ease serum. I would also use the tresemme shampoo for damaged har.

Here a some tips to help your damaged hair.

1. Avoid using curling iron or a the flat iron. Your hair will experience heat damage if you use these hairstyling methods too frequently. It is best to not use them any more than twice a week. Also be sure to use a quality serum to protect your hair against the heat. If you must I would recommend using Tresemme heat tamer spray.

2. Let your hair dry naturally whenever possible. This is another important key to reducing the amount of heat damage that your hair will experience.

3. Be sure to use a moisturizing conditioner to help ensure that your hair does not become too dry. Once a week, be sure to use a clarifying shampoo and/or conditioner, as this will help reduce the amount of unwanted residue that you may have in your hair.

4. Always comb your hair when it is wet. If a comb is not available, wait until your hair has dried before you brush it.

5. Don't dye your hair two extremely different colors often (e.g. black and then bleach blonde). If you are going to make a change in hair dye, you will want to do it subtly. For example dye your hair from black to dark brown to light brown to dark blonde to bleach blonde. Remember that your hair will need extra miniaturization if you do decide to dye your hair.Which hair product does a better job of getting rid of frizz and taming damaged hair?FRIZZ-EASE, AUSSIE,readOn?
i used to use aussie and they had some pretty useful stuff that tamed my frizz. as far as the damage, that can be helped by weekly deep conditioning treatments and days without using the straightener. hope this helps(:
