deffinetly the herbal essences one
for me none of the garnier srucnching products work
herbal essences all the wayWhich hair product would work better for scrunching hair?
well idk, id think the actual gel, but a good way to get the same effect of scrunching thats much easier is to put your damp geled hair in two or three big messy buns on the top of your head, let it mostly dry, take them out, fix the wierd spots, and there ya go

Which hair product should I use for curling? (Multiple Choice)?
Okay I was going to curl my hair today because I got new hair products. (yay!) You put this in your hair before you curl it to make it last longer with less frizz. I'm going to try them out so I know whether their good or not. (I usually curl my hair for school)
A: Sunsilk Captivating Curls Mousse
B: Pantene spray gel for contollable curls
I'm going for more pretty curls than tight wavy curls. Thanks!Which hair product should I use for curling? (Multiple Choice)?
I would try the mousse first. It will leave your hair feeling a lot more natural, and soft than the gel. However, if the mousse is not enough for your hair, spray on a few (not too many) squirts of gel while you hair is damp (after mousse), then air-dry
Good Luck!Which hair product should I use for curling? (Multiple Choice)?
Both will work well but the mousse will give curls a softer look. If you use the gel mak sure you don't use too much or your hair will look hard and/or greesy. Like I said both will work great but your best bet is to try it over the weekend before school and if it doesn't work on the school day tie in a cute side ponytail or half-up, half-down with a clip to hold it back.
good luck!
B!!!!
Use the Sunslilk Mousse thing, Mousse makes great curls! (u could just try em all over the weekend!)
B mousse gets my hair frizzy
I'm not sure.... I have a friend who uses A. sometimes.....

Which hair product to use?!?
I have straight semi-long thin hair with layers. it gets a little bit of a wave in it when i dont brush it consistently.
when its completely dry it is straight and flat
however when my hair is a little damp you can see all of the layers in my hair and it looks really pretty, its still straight and the layers seem to flip out and are really noticed; however as soon as it dries, it goes back to being straight and you can barely see my layers.
what product should i use to keep that look throughout the day even if my hair is completely dry..
i have no idea what to use, and don't really know the brands, occassionally i straighten my hair and put some protector in it but other than that i let it air dry
idk if mousse or anything bc i have never used that and i dont really use hairspray so idk..Which hair product to use?!?
Anything with palm oil in it. It'll upset local enviromentalist, but it works great.Which hair product to use?!?
You need to experiment. Mousse adds body to the hair that you wouldn't naturally have. Hair spritz is used to form and hold curls, (mousse will also and is not a stiff). Once the desired style is achieved, the lightly spray with hairspray.
try something that adds volume to ur hair. try shampoo or styling products. try curling ur hair out a little
I like Dove 2in1 Moisturizing. IT ROX!!!!!!
herbal essence mousse perfect

Which hair product is better?
I'm deciding on which hair care product to buy. Which one do you think will work better?
1st one - http://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/catalog/shop_p鈥?/a>
2nd one - http://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/catalog/shop_p鈥?/a>
Thanx for your help! =DWhich hair product is better?
1st one
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?鈥?/a>Which hair product is better?
1st one works like a charm. trust me. i had the other one but it totally dried out my hair leaving it frizzy and didn't have any results! i tried the first one and i was amazed......astonished.......and kept it !
I have used and try both of the Herbal Essence, and they did not work to make my hair look natural and soft. They give you hard and stiff results. They dry out your hair also. Not the best for a low price styler. Try SAMY Curl Constructor Mousse or gel. They sell it at Target or the net. Gave me great results. Everyone loved how my hair looked with this product.
http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.a鈥?/a>
P.S. If you want to go with a soft and volume look, go with a mousse. If you want a and stiffer and wet look, go with the gel.
Im sorry but neither! I have this scrunching gel that Drys NOT HARD! looks like real curls and waves! i got it at rite-aid
I think the first one is better, in fact, I saved it and am going to get it.

Which Hair product-girl singing in commercial?
I'm trying to think of the brand of hair care products that has a commercial out, but i can't think of the name and havn't seen the commercial in awhile.
What i'm going to give you to describe it wont be good by any means because i can hardly remember it, but anyway. In it, a girl does her hair, and then there is a clip of her onstage singing, and there talking about how all these people are watching her and talking about how great her hair looks.
Does this sound familiar to anyone and do you know what brand it is.
I apologize for the lack of help, like i said i can't remember it, or even the song.Which Hair product-girl singing in commercial?

Yep ^_^ Herbal Essences Tousle Me Softly :) She doesn't sing BTW, she just goes on stage and shakes her waves like a freak with a microphone.

Okay people always complain saying that their hair is poofy and all and i just get madd because mine is 100 times worse! I need help..can someone suggest me to good a good product that has helped them with their hair? My hair is Naturally Curley and wavy .( some of it is curley and some of it just sits there) and on top of that it has A LOT of Volume! what product do you reccomend?Which hair product helps my curly and frizzy hair?
I have curly hair too and I use Fekkai Luscious Curls Cream. It does exactly what it says ';smoothes, controls and defines curl shape';. For more details have a look here:
http://www.amazon.com/Frederic-Fekkai-Lu鈥?/a>Which hair product helps my curly and frizzy hair?
ok i totally suggest a deep conditioner- (mine is garnier fructis fortifying 3 min.deep condish.)
Let me say it is soo good and penetrates the hair- i do it every 3 days for soft, manageable, curls.
then i use their soft curl cream- its so strong (lol in a good way) to defrizz and make my curls into ringlets=]
also use leave in too-it also moisturizes and shines the hair while defrizing it:)
i choose these products becuz their amazing and there super inexpensive!!
Sammy%26lt;3
Look into the products made by Deva - they are specifically for curly hair and are fantastic. Also look into the book ';Curly Girl,'; You can buy it on Amazon. The pictures are a little dated but the advice is excellent. Since my stylist got me doing this, my curly hair looks great and I don't straighten at all anymore - no frizz either.
I have the exact same hair and to make it soft and smooth, I use Aussie, Sydney Smooth. It smells really good and actually works unlike the tons of products I've tried. Try it
Hope I helped :P
Herbal Essence has a line for curls, I can't think of the name, but they're all different colored bottles, and I know it works because my sister uses it. It holds all day too.
herbal essences totally twisted
and rinse the conditioner out with cold water
it will help stop frizz
it will keep your hair smooth and soft all day :)
garnier fructise works best for me, and it smells great!

Which hair product should i get?
ok i cant decide whether to get:
john frieda frizz ease,
paul mitchell super skinny serum,
biosilk silk therapy,
or sebastian potion 9.
im looking for a product that will make all my frizz go away. i have reallllyyy thick and long hair.im getting it layered but its still really thick!! it frizzes soooo much when i airdry it. but the weird thing is, after its completely dry and i put it in a braid, and then take it out after an hour or so, al the frizz goes away and its smooth and soft and im lookin for a product that will make my hair immediatly smooth and soft without the frizz to put in my hair when i airdry it.
thanks!!Which hair product should i get?
NO do not buy these main stream hair products, i have found they NEVER work. what you should use is AFRICAN ROYAL hot 6 oil. you dont have to be black to use this. its like $5.99 at the drug store. you put like a nickel size amount in your hair and distribute it lightly thru out your hair. use the oil after you've taken a shower or whenever your hair is dry (if you want, but thats when i find it works the best) i use it everyday. it makes your hair REALLY healthy (its all natural) it makes my hair silky smooth and shiny. i dont even think about frizz anymore b/c i never have it. This stuff is SO GOOD!!! I SWEAR BY IT! please just buy it and see if you like it, you wont regret it and its cheap. my hair is SOOO soft and smooth now. i have REALLY thick hair as well. YOU'LL LOVE THIS STUFF! i really just cant emphasize it enough.Which hair product should i get?
I have really thick straight hair but still gets frizzy odd huh? well my hair dresser suggested Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum mixed with Paul Michell Quick Slip syle creme. It comes in the same shape bootle as super skinny but it is white and red. just mix a drop of each in your hands and put it in. I absoultely love it!! it works better when you blow dry with a round brush but it still works great when you airdry.
i work at a salon and spa, and super skinny is the way to go. you should use this as a thermal protectant, and you can always add other products. You can use on wet or dry hair.
you could try mop organic hair products recently and its not bad....
http://www.mecho.com.au/her/modern-organ鈥?/a>
use the john frieda frizz ease shampoo rather than the serum and use the biosilk cuz its better but with moderation you dont want to make ur hair oily
good luck
i hope i was of help
Sebastian potion #9 is awesome. I have used it in the past, and honestly forgot all about it till I saw your question!! Thanks...will be picking some up later today!
I've used John Freida its good. But in general I like all of the Paul Mitchell products. Either of those should work for your hair.
I also have really thick hair and when my hair was long it stayed frizzy... the best thing I did was get my hair cut short. I my hair is around the middle of my neck and stacked short in the back. And I get my hair thinned out everytime I get my hair trimmed.
Airdrying your air could also be making your hair frizzy. Try using a blow dryer. You can let your hair air dry some but then finish it up with the blow dryer using a round brush to straighten your hair. When your done you could run a flat iron over you hair.
Hope you find something that works for you.

Which hair product....?
I am half black and I have wild curly hair, I dont know which product to use, my hair is ALWAYS drying out like 5 minuets after I shower. I don't wear grease and I wash my hair every day.
which hiar product can help?
aaaaaaaaand,
also while ur reading, are there any reccommendations on how i should straighten my hair, and where to get it and what brand??
thnx.. buhbye.Which hair product....?
What you need is a hydrating and moisturizing shampoo that will not weigh your hair down, but will still moisturize it and define your curls.
Most black hair care products, unfortnately, do not contain hydrating ingredients. They only contain mineral oil and chemical ingredients that sit on the hair strands.
By working with several clients, I learned pretty quickly that traditional shampoos, although they ';appear'; to make your hair shiny and smooth, in the long run leave your hair more dry and damaged. You do need to purchase a salon quality hair product. But, make sure it contains right the ingredients since you will be paying more money.
I can tell that I have tried everything from tried Giovanni to Ojon to Tigi to Garnier to RedKen. So, I understand where you are coming from.
The best product that I have used on my clients with curly hair is GodHead Silky Smooth All-Natural Shampoo. The product is made by Beauty 4 Ashes. I immediately noticed a difference in my clients' hair texture. Their hair easier to comb and more manageable. Best of all, their hair was soft and moisturized, not brittle, not greasy, not limp. Their hair laid down, but still was bouncy, not puffy. You can find this product at www.discoverb4a.com.
If you don't want to waste any more money, I would buy this product. However, if you go with another brand of products, make you stray away from traditional, unnatural hair care products available for purchase in most drugstores. They strip your hair of vital nutrients, contain sulfates, and few quality ingredients.Which hair product....?
im white but i have VERY curly hair and i only wash my hair about 3-4 times a week, it just isnt good for your hair to wash it everyday. i found that the best shampoo and conditioner are kerastase. its a little pricey but its well worth it. bumble and bumble super rich conditioner is excellent as well and less expensive. straightener wise, the best you can buy is the sedu flat iron (www.folica.com) next is the solia, ghd, and chi.
Hello paul mitchell has a hair product out called super skinny if you live around a fantastic sam's they would carry this, ok first the shampoo then the conditioner then the super skinny serum all for natural curly hair, then get some flat iron spray first blow dry hair put flat on spray on it and flat iron it, flat irons can also be baught at fanastic sam's they sell chi ones which is the most exspensive one's 159.99 so if thats to steep for you then go to your local beauty supply houseand get you flat iron like a place called sally's or somehing flat irons are great.
Aussie is AMAZING
and Dove works well..
i have the same problem my hair is just disturbingly curly hahaha
but yea and there is this spray you can get that helps you straighten your hair and it always works.
And the straightener i use is andis multi heat ceramic and it seems to work well haha
You may want to use an iron straightener and hair spray. You could even try using Sephora!
I don't know about hair straightening since i have straight hair, but it sounds like you need a deep conditioner. You shouldnt be washing your hair everyday, because you need to let your natural oils hydrate your hair. You should wash it at least every other day or every three days. And always use a deep conditioner afterwards and leave it in your hair for min of 5 mins. Even some cheaper brands like Pantene could do wonders for you.

I need to know which hair product will stop hair breakage. hair lotion or hair greaseWhich hair product is better?
loition but you have to read it carefully for your type of hair so it want be no breakeage ,or maybe you should go to your hair dresser and ask whats a good product to use as wellWhich hair product is better?
Hair lotion is lighter on your hair and doesn't weigh it down like hair grease. As far as hair breakage, minimize the amount of heat, gel, hairspray, etc. that you use on your hair, wash and condition regularly and most importantly, get regular trims every 6-8 weeks.
Olive oil will help. It will give your hair moisture and shine. Dry hair breaks, soft hair will break less.
Comb light olive oil through your hair, especially the ends. Wear a shower cap over it for 20 minutes. Rinse for a long time. Let your hair dry naturally. Do not blow dry!

My hair is thick, wavy, poofy and frizzy. I'm going to buy a cheap hair product to make my hair curly. But I'm not sure between got2be, Dove, Sunsilk and Tresemme products. Can anyone help me and tell me which brand of curly hair product I should buy? Thanks a lot if you can help!! :)Which hair product is better?
I have similar hair and I like sunsilk. I used the one for frizzy hair but its not on their website so i'm thinking they may have discontinued it. Now they have a line called captivating curls. I would use the shampoo, conditioner, and de-frizz cream but there's also a scrunching mouse and a gel/cream product.Which hair product is better?
heyy well.. my hair is exactly like urs.. if u want something that will work on ur hair i would say getting the aussie volumous mousse dont worry it doesnt make ur hair thicker it makes volume and it makes it really curly..if ur looking for sumething cheaper cuz i think the cheapest iv seen it was $2.50 but once i saw it for $.99 and never again have they done that lol..anywayz...if u wanna use sumething else use herbal essence scrunching gel=cheap or the sunsilk curl that comes with mousse and gel swirl
hope i helped
My hair is thin wavy and frizzy and I don't like Dove, Sunsilk or got2be, they made my hair flat and didn't help with frizz. Go with Tresemme or if you spend a few more bucks I think Loreal Vive is the best.
My hair is just like yours......
I get Garnier Fructis style its only like 3 dollars and its really good
india hair spay
if i had to choose between the ones you mentioned i'd say tresemme

Which hair product brand is best?
I know that there isn't really an accurate BEST, but I'm just asking for your opinion: Which hair product is best-- Lux (see Pic1 below), Pantene (see Pic2 below), Citrus Splash (see Pic 3 below), or Dove (sorry, I don't have a pic for Dove)? Also, stories from experience will be greatly appreiciated.

I say it depends on your hair. What works best for one person, might not work as well for you.
Everybody's hair is different. Straight, curly, fine, thin, thick, oily, dry, you just gotta test out the different brands to find the one that works best for you.
I just got 17 inches cut off my hair, and it's REALLY curly, so I've been trying out different products for the past month to see which works best, because the shampoo I used with my longer hair, makes my shorter hair really oily. Stupid, huh? Well that's my hair for you.
But after trying like 15 different products, I ended up chosing the Sunsilk defrizz for mine. Not only does it help keep my curls in check, but it smells REALLY good too.Which hair product brand is best?
I started using Redken with Avocado oil (gold bottle) 3 years ago and have never changed brand since! I thinks it's wonderful... but it probably depends on your type of hair...
Pantene
Hanya Tuhan saja yg tahu .
Aveda... It's the BEST out there... Granted... It's pricey... but works amazingly. :)gloss

Which hair product?
My hair used to be really soft and silky but after years of heat on my hair caused by my straightner and curler it is severly damaged and it's starting to get really noticable and hard to manage. Which hair product can I buy to nourish/moisture my hair (now it's like frizzy and dry) or prevent anymore damage done to my hair? Also, does gel/hairspray damage hair? I appreciate all the help!!Which hair product?
I had the same problem but I discovered the Pureology line. Their hydrate shampoo and conditioner are amazing. They're expensive but you use less than you would with other brands. Also, their Reconstruct/Repair conditioner is wonderful. As far as gel and hairspray goes, I think they only damage your hair if they have alcohol in them. Alcohol is very drying on the hair. Then good news is there are many gels without alcohol. I'm not sure about the hairspays though.Which hair product?
you have to cut the dry ends off...
There was already a person who suggested Pureology, I agree, but want to add to it. Pureology also offers nanoworks, which is specially formulated to mend your damaged hair. Pureology also has styling products that don't have alcohol in them. Check out their website.
The same thing happened to my hair. My stylist recommended Bed head products the 3 that I use and that have helped are Bed Head After Party is a smoothing cream, Bed Head Health Goddess it is a vitamin booster that rehydrates the hair and Bed Head Dumb Blonde you dont need to have blonde hair to use it, it is a reconstructor that helps make your hair stronger and repair damage. You can buy them at any salon and even on many sites.
You prob. should cut it first, and then get heat protection spray and spray it in your hair before you blow dry and before you straighten.

biosilk for me anyways i do agree with wat that other person said about try both and see which u like better there a different hair types and it depends

CHI is better for straightening hair, biosilk is great for texture
Depends. You need to try both and see which you like, not all hair types are the same. Products all have there specialties.

Try VO5 Matt Clay, My brother uses it and it works really well. It keeps the style but doesn't go rock solid like gel.

I like Redken All Soft. It isnt too heavy on your hair to weigh it down, ut it works well on mine to make is soft and maneagable.
They also have some products for after washing.
Lush king of the Mods hair gel
Wax.
I use Brylcreme extreme hold wax and it's fantastic. You probably don't want to use a gents product, so what you need to look for is a strong wax. Rub a little bit between your hands then smooth through your hair and brush it into the style you like.
DAZ!.....Always works for me bud!...Then again beter not!....
I use all Pantene Pro V products, or Garnier Fructise.

I have very damaged hair and I am trying to repair it. I have a problem with keeping my hair moisturized. My hair can be very dry and frizzy. Weather really affects it. I straightened my hair two days ago, and because of the rain yesterday (i didn't even get wet), my hair is now this really really REALLY dry and frizzy afro :(
I am African American.
Which products do any of you recommend for very dry and frizzy hair? I need something to keep it moisturized. Also, do any of you know any products that protects against the weather?
If you have a regimen that you want to share, please email me. I don't care about price. I'm desperate!Which hair products should I use?
i like bedhead and i LOVE paul mitchell products...i really like their super skinny serum...it helps eliminate frizz and it also adds shine...anywho..hope i helped..=)Which hair products should I use?
Okay first tip. Don't use straighteners as they HELP make your hair dry and damaged as well if you use hair dryers a lot. That also does it.
When you wash your hair use Sun silk, it helps gloss your hair as well as keep it smooth. Put it in your hair about every second day. It should help.
.
In the rain, put your hair in the bun as your hair wont get that frizzy as it is protected.
Some people are just born with frizzy hair, you can always make a good hairstyle out of it if you're willing to give it ago but if you are not i recommend my options above!
Good luck!
Since you're African American, I suggest Dr. Miracle's Deep Conditioning Treatment.
I myself am White/Caucasian and have used this because I have nappy/dry. It works tremendously well. It will make your hair softer, less frizzy, and it'll also help stimulate hair growth.

Which hair product do u suggest?
Ok my hair is always really frizzy and all crispy and the ends i no that sounds weird but it also gets greasy real easy and really fast is there anything im doing wrong or any hair products u suggest??? and like when i get my hair cut and the hair stylist washes it my hair is always so silky smooth after! what do they do???Which hair product do u suggest?
Ok, so i would get a trim to get the crispy ends off and then use a shampoo that works to clean hair well. (and scrub a ton.) Also use a Conditioner for dry hair. http://www.herbalessences.com/us/collect鈥?/a>
After you blow dry, use an Anti-Frizz serum like these two.
http://www.herbalessences.com/us/collect鈥?/a> OR http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlreadin鈥?/a>
both of those work great for frizz. And if you still happen to have grease, then put some baby powder on your scalp. That will take care of it.
Good Luck! ;)Which hair product do u suggest?
If you straighten your hair you should get Glare. its a serum to protect your hair. i would only suggest to use a little on the ends of your hair or else it will get the greasy look. You should probably look into getting a reconstructing mask and use that once a week or so. Even a leave in conditioner is great. Also if you notice the hair dresser shampoos and conditions your hair a lot longer than you would in the shower and it seems to me they use a lot more of it. Go to a beauty supply place that sells good quality hair care lines. Not the supermarket ones.
Well first off anything you use at the solon makes your hair look nice because they use good quality solon hair products..You know whats great about that? The fact that you to can buy good quality solon hair products as well to acheieve that look! I suggest shelling out the $$ to invest solon hair products to keep your hair in tip top shape and to acheive the desired looks. I suggest Redken to everyone if you read my answers. Is your hair greasy at the scalp? I suggest you use a shampoo thats clarifying. I would suggest All Soft ( gold bottle) for dry brittle hair or Real Control (purple bottle) for dry dense hair. As for clarifying try ';Specialty Products'; their new line or Clear Moisture.
http://www.redken.com/products/haircare
Heres a link
If your hair is frizzy then your hair is dry you need to use a Hydrating %26amp; Moisturizing shampoo and Conditioner!
Bed head, Sexy hair and Paul Mitchell has some really good ones!
But using them too much will do the opposite and dry out your hair too! so change it up some time!
-Hope this helps!!
Use a good hydrating/moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, and make sure you thouroughly wash your hair and get out all of the soap ... also, use a heat protectant spray (I suggest TreSemme Heat Tamer Spray) before you blow dry and straighten/curl/wave hair ... this should help!! =)

Which hair product to use?
Which garnier hair product should i use to scrunch my hair? Garnier Fructis hard curl gel, wet shine gel extra strong, super stiff gel ultra strong, or curl construct mousse extra strong. i don't know which one to get for scrunching my hair, because i don't know which one is better, gel or mousse for super thick, curly hair, that maintains frizz. thanks. BEST ANSWER REWARDED!Which hair product to use?
Garnier fructis all the way.

i scrunch my hair too, and i use Garnier Frucious ';sleek and shine'; Anti-Humidty Smoothing Milk and Garnier Frucious Curl Sculpting Spray Gel. They both work really well for my hair, which is sort of thick and frizzy.
the one that i used that worked the best for me, i dont know what its called but its the one in the long bottle that you spray into your hair like a ';squirt'; type deal. that one worked best for me and my hair is impossible to scrunch
well i would say to deff. get a gel. they make your hair pretty hard but they stay curly and not very frizzy. the mouse always makes my hair frizzy.
I would use the mousse and some anti frizz creme together. I've always had bad results with gels.

Please help! Which hair product works the best?
i have long, frizzy, thick hair. which product would work the best:
1) john frieda anti frizz serum
2)garnier fructis sleek and shine anti frizz creme
3)sunsilk hydraTLC 24/7 creme
or is there anything other than those 3 that would work better?? has anyone tried any of these? are they any good?
thaaanks:)Please help! Which hair product works the best?
the garnier fructis sleek and shine anti frizz creme works
amazing! =D
if u dont want THICK hair..then i recommend that u go get ur
hair thined out by a hairdresser...
SUNSILK..is also good
and the john frieda is good too! =DPlease help! Which hair product works the best?
John Frieda products are great but make sure you are using a good antifrizz shampoo.. I use biolage hydratherapie by matrix it is awesome sometimes restoring the moisture can be all your hair needs to be less frizzy!! also here is a website that gives recipes to make facials and hair treatments at home for cheap or free if you already have the items at home :) http://www.healthrecipes.com/homemade_be鈥?/a>
try the herbal essences frizz potion thingy. lol
it comes in like an orange bottle and it works really good.
just put it on right after you get out of the shower on wet hair and put alot in since you have thick long hair :]
i love it and it smells really good!!!! :D
Actually none of the above. Frizz usually results from lack of moisture. So try a weekly deep conditioning treatment. Then a good leave in like Giovanni Direct or Panten Hydrating Curls Conditioner (not a leave in but can be used as one.)
I know people that love sunsilk,
and I've used the no frizz by tressemme which works really good too..
Definentaly not sunsilk that made my hair very frizzy.

Which hair product can i use to make my hair soft?
I use Sebastian Potion 9', I buy it at Walgreens or a beauty supply store, it's usually around $15.00 for 5.1 fl oz (150 mL). Give it a try, I'm sure you'll love it! A little goes a long way...Which hair product can i use to make my hair soft?
Step 1
to remove the dirt, oils, and any grooming products that have accumulated since your last shampoo
#
Step 2
Rinse your hair well with hot water. This will open the cuticle or outside layer of the hair and allow it to absorb the conditioner
#
Step 3
Rub mayonnaise into your hair and scalp. Use a good quality mayonnaise containing eggs and vegetable oil. Go ahead and glop it on. You want your hair to absorb as much as possible.
#
Step 4
Take your bath towel and wet it in hot water.
#
Step 5
Wring out the water until the towel is not dripping, but still steamy.
#
Step 6
Wrap the hot, steamy bath towel around your hair. The heat will help the conditioner to penetrate the hair shaft.
#
Step 7
As the towel cools, reheat it in hot water and repeat steps 4-6 for at least 30 minutes.
#
Step 8
Alternately, you can heat the wet towel in the microwave to heat it, but be careful not to burn yourself with the steam from the towel.
#
Step 9
Shampoo the mayonnaise out of your hair.
#
Step 10
Rinse your hair with cool water. This will close the cuticle and seal the conditioner into the hair shaft.
#
Step 11
Dry your hair and style as desired. Your hair will be strong, soft and shiny.Which hair product can i use to make my hair soft?
Conditioner always helps. :D L'Oreal, Garnier Fructis, or Pantene are my faves.
Also, get a spray or serum (NOT a cream... those just make your hair oily)(Garnier Fructis make a nice serum...) and spray/rub a bit on your hands, then run your fingers through your hair. This ensures that its not all on top, and won't make your part look greasy. Happy conditioning :D
A good conditioner should do that, i use pantene moisture renewal which makes my hair feel really healthy, and i also use aussie Sydney Smooth leave in conditioner which helps protect when i use heat and smooths hair so its really soft
-Panteen Pro V Shampoo And Conditioner
-Sun Silk Shampoo And Conditioner
Both Work Really Well
Hope I Helped:)
TRESemme is really good for the hair like i tired them all %26amp; all of then will make your hair really soft !!!

Which hair product is better?
REDKEN OR ORGANIX? I have very kinky hair if you know what I mean. which means when I look at some of the strands of my hair they're all bent and crooked when they should be straight. PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME WHICH OF THESE TWO WILL FIX MY BENT %26amp; CROOKED HAIR?Which hair product is better?
well i dont approve of either, go straight to pantene and they usually say on the front what it helps and pantene really does work. also aussie is awesome too. they give it body smoothness and a great smell. lol. okay it will not be sold at like a wallgreens but u may need to get it off there website because it is the best and it is so expensive and smell great, look it is called aveda and it is simply the best! IF U GET ANYTHING FROM THEM U WILL LOOK BEAUTIFUL lol. i really hope this helpsWhich hair product is better?
I would say that you are better off using Organix. I personally use the Coconut Milk line. if you are looking for something that will help to smooth your hair I suggest the Shea Butter line.

Which hair product is best between these two?(aveda or paul mitchell)?
Im having trouble picking between paul mitchell and aveda hair products. I have frizzy curly hair and i want it smooth, shiny , straight, and silky. I also want to prevent the humidity messing up my hair and i dont want it puffy. Tell me the exact products to use from aveda or paul mitchell, whichever one you think is best. If you think neither is good for how i want my hair to be then suggest something else.Which hair product is best between these two?(aveda or paul mitchell)?
paul mitchell hands down. I HAVE TERRIBLE CURLS AND FRIZZ. Everytime I go to the salon or do it myself thats what is used and what works! But the biggest thing about our hair type is the way you dry it. use a wide round brush to blow dry straight then use a cermaic straighter, I like to use some sort of serum and just run it through my hair after it driesWhich hair product is best between these two?(aveda or paul mitchell)?
Theres this shampoo thats for that type of hair and its cheap and it works, its called weather works my sister uses it beacuse her hair frizzes up when its about to rain.
they're both excellent. try using paul mitchell shampoo and aveda smooth infusion conditioner.
I love Paul Mitchell. I use it 4 my hair if u ask the pplz at the frount desk im sure that they wuld help u hun. :} Good luck

Which Hair Product is Best?
I am about to color my hair and I need some advise please. I'm going from dark blonde to light blonde and I need to choose between L'Oreal Preference or L'Oreal Feria. I've used Feria Highlighting Kit before and liked it very much but this is my whole head! I don't want to fry my hair. I also want a color that isn't flat and just one tone. Any suggestions would be most appreciated! It doesn't have to be L'Oreal. Thanks in advance.Which Hair Product is Best?
I've colored my hair for years and I've always had good luck with the L'Oreal Preference, but also the Garnier Nutrisse. It comes with an extra avocado oil conditioner which helps keep my hair from getting too dry. Hope that helps!

My hair gets dry easily, which hair product would best help this situation?
ur hair is in need of moisture and it sounds like it drying out from the effect of the sun or ac.its maybe the environmental effect on ur hair.
i think products wont help u. u need deep conditioning treatments. do this once a week.
also, apply oil to ur hair to make it moisturised and silky, shiny and soft.
mix equal quantities of coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil, avocado oil and warm honey.
warm honey blends into the oil or it wont.
apply this pack for the whole day or night. if at night, dont add honey.
wash it after the specified time with a clarifying shampoo.
this pack makes hair shiny, silky, soft.moisturised, and removes all frizz.it shud be done 2-3 times a week.
even i had extremely dry hair until about a month ago.it was bcoz of the sun and also extensive blow drying once. but now, i have used the pack twice and my hair is almost as good as before.
also, stay out of the sun and give ur hair a break from the hairdryer and straighteners or w/e for a while.
use a good shampoo and condition ur hair once or twice a week.
have proteins in ur diet and also drink plenty of water. My hair gets dry easily, which hair product would best help this situation?
Less heat and moisturizing conditioners and heat protectants it you use heat. Also try a leave in conditioner that is moisturizing. My hair gets dry easily, which hair product would best help this situation?
Nexxus leave in conditioners are great and also start using less heat on your hair.I also recommend garnier fructis products.
anything that moisturizes
i have this shampoo %26amp; conditioner set it helps EVERYTHING even though its made for moisturizing hair. Its called Herbal Essences Hello Hydration....it comes in a blue bottle. My hair used to get dry all the time, now its hardly ever dry unless i dont use the stuff in a week...good luck and peace on earth
well i cant tell you what you really need to use but i use SHINE that keeps my hair moist and shining at the same time.
if you heat style it alot, try Paul Mitchell Be Skinny hair serum. i use it to protect against my blow dryer and flat iron. it has helped my hair alot. also try TIGI S-Factor conditioner...its called So serious...it works great! its a little more pricey but does help dry damaged hair alot.

Which hair product have u used that has REALLY changed ur hair?
have u used a hair product that after using u've noticed a difference (a positive difference) in ur hair texture? if so, what was the product and what was the change? it can be anything- shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, serum...etc...etc,,,
ps. a lot ppl have told me dat kerastase has changed their hair!Which hair product have u used that has REALLY changed ur hair?
Regis Salons-
Regis Design Line Products.
The Smoothing Balm works wonders for fly aways and keeping my hair straight.
The Olive Oil Shampoo and Conditioner- my hair was in rough shape, it's fine, but it was damaged from all the styling I do to it. These products don't weigh my hair down at all, it doesn't look greasy and the best part, it on'y takes a tiny bit to work. So a bottle lasts a LONG time.Which hair product have u used that has REALLY changed ur hair?
i used tresseme shampoo and conditioner and it changed my hair
now my hair is really silky, soft, smooth
and straight
mine is ';Straight'; by Bumble and Bumble. It's almost like balm to use when you wanna straighten your hair. It really made my hair it's straightest ever and it felt like silk and it's not too heavy....come to think of it, I better buy more of that stuff!
garnier fructis for dry or damaged hair, i use the shampoo, conditioner, and leave in
I love Amplify by Matrix. I have really fine, straight hair. I can only find it in one salon here. I actually get some body to my hair. Then Aveda emollient for shine.
i use sunsilk shampoo, conditioner and leave in stuff for curly hair and i think its great!! My hair isnt soo frizzy, notty and i can control it now.... hope i helped!
I like Nexxus Humectress conditioner.

volumizing shampoo/conditioner from bath and body works. i love it!
Products that have really changed my hair are the Bumble and Bumble shampoo and conditioner. They make your hair soft and silky.I'm serious it works wonders for hair. It's a little on the expensive side though. Some other products are the Biosilk oils and anything from Garnier Frutics. Hope i helped -Jill
idk
My hair used to be dry and sometimes frizzy.
Until, I switched to Garneir Fructise ( Green bottle)
I use the leave in conditioning cream, and gel, and shampoo.
It works wonderfully.
My hair is so much easier to fix, now that it's healthy!
No more bad hair days for me!!

Which hair product is better and why?
Its between a CHI and a HERTYLER? Is there a CHI that can straighten AND curl just like a herstyler iron can? And does CHI have a big variety of choices like HERSTYLER does? thank you. =]Which hair product is better and why?
I would suggest not using a CHI. It fries hair bigtime and hair becomes kinda smelly and smokes up when you straighten it. You can curl your hair with a CHI but you have to have the technique for it to come out right.
CHI has different variety, like straighteners for volumized hair, and some for just pin-straight hair.
HERSTYLER doesnt really have variety (mostly just different color straighteners), but i think its a good product.

Which hair product should i use?
my hair is VERY naturaly curly, and i have short hair, which means when i look like i have an afro! does anyone know of a product that REALLY actually works? i want it to be curly, so dont tell me i shouldj ust straighten it, i need to calm my curls down is all. plz and thank you!Which hair product should i use?
Well I have the same problem, so I use Pantene Hydrating Curls Shampoo and Conditioner in the shower, and then when I get out I mix Pantene Hydrating Curls Scrunching Gel and Curl Shaper, along with L'Oreal Elvive Anti-Frizz Serum and I part my hair with one half over each shoulder and smooth the mixture over each half and then scrunch it from the bottom, but just a little...then I almost-dry my hair with a diffuser and leave the rest to airdry
Good luck controlling the curls!Which hair product should i use?
what are you using for shampoo? Use a smoothing shampoo and very conditioning conditioner. My curly hair tends to dry much more then others. Redken has great products for curly hair. Also a couple years ago Big Sexy Hair has a product (can't remember the name) that was a gel/mousse in one. it worked sooooooo good for me because it made the curls natural and not frizzy. Go to a professional salon or beauty supply to see products. I grew up in a salon and I suggest nothing but the best. Don't mess with drug store over the counter procducts...trust me. they dry your hair out more.
DO NOT USE WASH N` GO.i did and it did now i`m bald.lol
Frizz Ease works wonders which is the reason why it's been so popular all these years! My mum owned the whole range and her hair was in ringlets....she also used V05 hot oils every week to help hydrate her hair
I'm sure you can get Frizz Ease in a load of products nowadays, though.....
http://www.johnfrieda.com/products/produ鈥?/a>
p.s. try to stay away from harsh shampoo and conditioner as they tend to weight your hair down, maybe you should try a volumising shampoo and conditioner because they tend to not weighit down?
If your hair is afro then try lusters Pink Oil Range or L'Oreal's curling Spray

Which hair product should i use?
ok should i use aussie, herbal essence, or garnier fructis?
My hair is greasy at the roots yet frizzy ends and i will admit that i do have some dandruff.
could you help with the the best shampoo and condtioner to use and the best styling products plz.Which hair product should i use?
All of them are good, but it depends on what you like. Since you have greasy roots and dry ends (just like me!), Aussie 'Cleanse and Mend' should work really good. :) Maybe you can try Herbal Essences Hydralicious 'Self-targeting' (the pink one). It smells gorgeous and is effective. ;D I loved it. I only tried the shampoo though. For dandruff, try herbal essences 'No flakin' way' shampoo. Once again, the scent is so nice and it works great. %26lt;3 Garnier has some lines that might work for you, but I only tried 'Daily Care'. I'm not sure what to recommend from garnier, but i can tell you that from what I heard, it should be a pretty effective brand. But I really love Herbal Essences. ^-^ Although if you want more of a pro brand, John Frieda and Redken works nice too. ;D Sorry I personally don't use styling products, so I'm not too sure about what to recommend. Btw, your hair sounds exactly like mine. :D
;D Hope I helped and good luck!Which hair product should i use?
Don't use that cheap stuff.
Use stuff that you can get from a salon.
I suggest Redken Smooth Down.gloss

I suggest Redken Smooth Down.
Which hair product is best out of these three: REDKEN, BAIN DE TERRE, or AVEDA?
I have tried a lot of different salon shampoo and my favorite is Redkin. I love how they have a whole line of different shampoos and conditioners for all types of hair instead of just ';one size fits all.'; I know on their website they have a hair type quiz and it will suggest what type of their shampoo and condition you should use.

Which hair product should i apply FIRST?
leave in conditioner, heat protector, volumizer, finishing cream/lotion, hair spray!Which hair product should i apply FIRST?
Leave in conditioner first.
Id say volumizer next. If you are lookingn for volume the finishing cream might be adding weight an defeating the purpose of teh volumizer. I would choose to use one or the other of these.
Use the heat protector typically before the heat, IE before use of blow dryer, flat iron, etc.
Last is the hair spray...
Leave in.
Hat protector
volumizer.
finishing creme
hairspray.

okay i am also african-american teenager and i previously had very bad dandruff for 4 years (7 yo until 11 yo). It was so serious to the point were i had to see a dermatologist because my pores we clogged with dandruff thingy's. Anyways, my doctor put me on a medication called derma-smooth..Let me tell you.. my dandruff has gone away so greatly. Please take this into consideration because the dandruff shampoo's and conditioner work but they will keep on making your dandruff come back again.

Which hair product can prevent the loss of hair?
as we know - hair loss can be caused by many different reasons! There are many causes of loss of hair such as stress, poor nutrition ,medications, thyroid dysfunctions, illness, fungal infections, hormonal problems, to mention a few.
year ago my husband suffered very much from dandruff and hair loss too and he started trying everything you can imagine to stop his hair loss. the things that really worked for him was:
1) Vitamin A - an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;
2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The 'B' vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;
3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;
4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice (you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);
5) also he used herbal treatment - TrichoZed (do not use Rogaine - it will not work!)
It is a good product that helps prevent hair loss and contains Biotin and the clinically tested ingredients approved by the FDA to help re-grow your hair.! I think it is very important!
It worked and still works for him!
I do not know if any pharmacies carry TrichoZed but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here http://www.trichozed.info/ingredients.ph鈥?/a>
It enhances hair growth by blocking DHT (Dihydrotestostrone) - a major cause of hair loss!
good luck!
not only my husband`s own personal experience + working as a family physician
http://www.naturalherbalmedicine.org/vit鈥?/a>Which hair product can prevent the loss of hair?
Natural products can also help with your hair loss. Minerals, vitamins and other essential fatty acids could help prevent hair loss. Calcium is one of the minerals that is considered good for the healthy growth of the hair. You can find calcium in foods like dairy products, fish, tofu, nuts and sesame seeds. You should take at least 1,500 mg of calcium daily. A daily dose of Iodine is 150 mcg. Foods that are iodine rich are fish, seaweeds, kelp, iodized salt, and garlic. This mineral can help in regulating thyroid hormones that can cause dry hair and hair loss.Which hair product can prevent the loss of hair?
The only products that can help prevent hairloss are heat-protecting products that will shield your hair from, say, straighteners or curling irons.
You have to change what's _in_ you to stop your hair falling out, not what's _on_ your hair - a change of diet, taking the right multi-vitamins, that sort of thing.

Which hair product makes your hair shiny ?
which hair product makes your hair shiny ? Without making it loose its volume and making it oily etc.Which hair product makes your hair shiny ?
any type of serum should workWhich hair product makes your hair shiny ?
Hi
You can try avocado, mash one and apply on your hair it will give it a shine and sheen and add body to it.
African Galore..simply African everything African http://www.africangalore.com
Mousse or gel
Biologe (excuse the spelling) shine spray. It doesnt make your hair oily at all! I love that stuff
lard
pantene
Shampoo that you buy in shops can make your hair shiny but its not good for your hair as it coats it in a plastic which is how it makes it shine. The best type of shampoo would be from a hairdressers, its a little more expensive but its loads better for your hair.
lemon juice
i use garnier fructis shine spray. it's very light and won't weigh your hair down.
garnier fructis pomades work.. and Serums.. it has to be a thick serum, not light like the frustic serum. well the pomade will hold your hair in place so you might want to bend over with your hair down and rub it in that way so when you stand backl up it can stay volumized.. it helps to use the mousse and pomade.. also the frustic wett gel makes my hair shine. donmt use the sprays they dont make mine shine well. i;ve heard of some people putting a little baby oil in the hair too
Vinegar or lemon juice in a final rinse it's cheap and works!
Pantene, Garnier Fructis, Dove, everything has tons of harsh chemicals that are bad for your hair.
Everything except for Herbal Essences. Love the scents. I use Totally Twisted. Sometimes I use No Flakin' Way and it gets rid of dandruff and excess oil.
In the shower, while I'm conditioning my hair, I sometimes brush my hair. It's alot easier to get the knots out and it makes your hair softer.
Tips for your hair? A weekly hair 'mask' with olive oil (try not to come too near the roots). Eggs are also very good for your hair, it gives it a nice healthy shine. Beer is also good for your hair, but seeing as you're underage - not a very good idea ;)
Hope this helps! (Also, one more tip I learned myself: when you're taking a shower and you're almost done and you're about to turn off the water, switch the water to cold for a second and just rinse your hair in cold water for a second. I find that this makes my hair shinier and more healthy looking!)
Shampoo from LUSH called BIG has got salt in and lime juice, smells delish, recommended x
Matrix Sleek Look
It's in an orange bottle and you can pick it up at any salon for around 17.00. It works the best! Just spray a bit on each section of your hair and voila.
pantene it has all kinds and it just depends on the kind for your air read the bottle
Baby oil gel.
Brylcreme should do the trick lol
Charles Worthington Hair straightening serum.
I bought some a few days ago , after I got my hair trimmed.
I put some on my hands earlier and ran it through my hair, then straightened it and my hair came out lovely and straight, sleak and shiny.
You can also do the same procedure when you dry your hair too, same results!!
xxx
- and also buy Charles Worthington volume boost shampoo
it's the best on the market.
makes your hair volumed and shiny :D
Stella Artois... and I am being serious, wash your hair in Stella, it comes up shining like the sun x
suave n vo5
Best ever, Kerastase. The nutri milk that you leave in is brilliant. Doesnt make hair oily but gives shine straight away and helps with broken ends
Eggs. Raw eggs, they're great for you're hair as well !!
Pantene hair lotion, shampoo, and spray.
hope i helped! :)
head and shoulder
vivid color reparative shine
little blue bottle not sure where its sold tho but it works really well
Any hair colourant will do this. I once asked my hairdresser how I could have shiny hair, and he said at my age it was not possible :op, but then I tried a deep colour and the shine was great. I've been doing that ever since! My natural colour is dark brown and I had been going a little grey, but not any more.....!!!!!!!
Try Mane 'n Tail.
it was originally designed for horse hair but all the celebrities are using it because it makes your hair shiny and great! not greasy at all. i love it.
I love pantene.

Which hair products should I use?
* I am a brunette w/ shoulder-length hair. I have extremely loose curls.
* I also have two damadged strands of hair that have lossed their curl.
* I am looking for the following:
~ Shampoo and, that cleans my hair while keeping it hydrated and strong and defines my damadged curls
~ Serum that defines my really loose curls
~ Conditioning treatment that restores my hair's healthWhich hair products should I use?
I suggest a good conditioning or moisturizing shampoo that contains Protein and biotin, Biolage or Redken conditioning shampoos are very good. Wash your hair once a week. Do Not Wash your hair everyday, it could start drying your hair and scalp; it could lead to a dry scalp condition; or make your sebaceous glands overactive, causing the hair to be overly oily.
Since your ends have lost their curl, I suggest you see a professional stylist about that...Are they natural curls or are they permed curls? If you received a perm, your curls could be under processed and need to be cut...
I also suggest a deep penetrating conditioner from Redken or Biolage, you can use this once a week along w/ the shampoo. When you put that on, make sure you get some on the scalp to condition it and go all the way to the ends and massage in. Get under a hair dryer for 20 min. w/ a plastic cap.
Also, Redkin has a curl balm or serum for damp or dry hair, that suppose to give shine and moisture...Since you have curly hair, do not use direct heat from a blow dryer, buy a diffuser connection piece, that way the air from the blow dryer flows more softly w/ out burning the hair. I hope this helps...
Note: The best hair care products ONLY come from professional salons...I don't suggest using any Dept. store products...The pH in professional products are alot different than the ones in the Dept. stores and are more beneficial...Which hair products should I use?
Sunsilk collection. Read about it at http://www.drugstore.com
Pantene is a good choice too.
rusk undressed collection.
for conditioning try the Aussie 3 minute miracle.

Which hair product is worse? The hair dryer? Or the straightener?
The question is above.Which hair product is worse? The hair dryer? Or the straightener?
straightener i would think.Which hair product is worse? The hair dryer? Or the straightener?
They are both horrible, but in different ways. Most people do both and blame all of it in the straightener. Blow drying hair removes 90% of hair's moisture, leaving it dry, brittle, and prone to damage by blasting it with heat and high speed winds. The outside layer of the hair shaft is called the cuticle and is like shingles on a roof. You want this layer to lay flat down, but a blow dryer blows it open. This means that your hair's natural oils that keep it healthy are sucked out when you shampoo. This causes breakage more than anything short of chemicals. Straighteners rip at the cuticle and cause breakage.
But breakage means that the hair has snapped, it is not necessarily damaged. You can use a thermal styling spray when you use a flat iron, but that doesn't do anything when you blow dry. I never blow dry and I encourage my clients to avoid it as well, they always see a huge improvement in the condition of your hair. But the damage is also combined with using really harsh drugstore shampoos and conditioners. If you use salon quality shampoo and conditioner, and wash the conditioner out in cold water it will protect your hair.
There are preventative measures for straightening, but not for blow drying, So considering this blow drying has the potential to be much worse, it just depends on the other factors like chemicals, shampoo and conditioner, temperature of the flat iron, products that you use, etc.
Hey are both equally bad. The straightener had direct contact with your hair and causes all over damage and it typically has a very high heat setting. The hair dryer dries you're hair at an uneven rate and results in fried ends while the roots are still wet.
Tip: if you're debating which one to use I would suggest getting a product from the store that help protect your hair from heat. then start off by towel drying your hair focusing more on the roots and working your way down. Put the product of choce in hair. The blow dry your root and straighten your ends. You can also look into getting the wet to dry hair straightener by conair and use it on a lower heat setting and doing smaller sections of hair at a time and only running the straightener over you're hair a few times. Then allow your hair to cool off and run it over a few mire times if needed.
First off Amber Marie isn't a hair stylist. If she was she would not be copying and pasting stuff she finds from google. She does it all the time. Second I agree with binka. She taught me how to do my hair with both and the damage from my hair was caused because i didn't know how to properly use the tools or know what product to use for which tool. Don't use any product, shampoo, or conditioner that uses any type of Alcohol. Most cheap products use some form of it. If you know how to use the tools or what products to use then you won't damage your hair. Why do you think good stylist can use all those tools on your hair and not damage your hair or make it look dryed out and frizzy like Marie claimed that hair dryer to do.
Neither if you have the right products. I use both but my hair isn't damaged because I know how to use both and what products to use. Even my stylist says that my hair doesn't even look like I use styling tools on it. Thats because I don't have damage to my hair like most people do. Most people damage their hair with those tools because they don't know how to use them properly or what products are good. For example with the hair dryer you should only blow your hair in a downwards angle and use your fingers not a brush and use a thermal lotion for your hair. If you blow it all over the place or use a brush that will cause frizzieness and split ends.
the hair dryer. a straightener may give you better results and thus appear to be better for your hair, but it is much hotter and has direct contact with your hair.
the dryer on the other hand has a cool setting that is actually quite healthy for your hair. use it every time to seal the cuticle.
The Straightener Is The Worst Product Use ( The Modern One )
It Will Crimp Your Hair, Make it Puffy In Water , Not So Straight Edges, And Will Burn Your Ends/Hair....
I believe is both because the straightener has more heat than a blow dryer and you out it in your hair while the blow dryer makes hair frizzy and knotty.
Straighteners are usually hotter, and come closer to your hair, so Id say the straightener is worse. But some blow driers aren't that much better.
the straightener by far,
because that one settles on your hair longer than they dryer..
ann it gets way hotter too.
but you can buy products from the store to make it so it doesn't damage your hair.(:
straightner is worse for your hair
hair dryer gives it a more natural look
i say hair dry it then straighten the edges for a better look :D
ii beleive the hair dryer becuz for me it causes frizz and other but wit a flat iron jus get a heat protection spray or cream and staighten away LoLz
Straightener, it is much more concentrated. You shouldn't use either on a daily basis.
straighter has more straight contact with ur hair
blow dryer because it frizzes it and it wont go away
the straightener no doubt

Which hair products are better?
I have wavy hair and im getting side bangs soon. Sometimes at the top a get a bit of frizz. I have a hair sraightener to fix that part but i am worried about the damage. Also my hair sometimes gets quite tangled and then alot of my hair gets pulled out. Should i use aussie hair insurance collection? that is for repairing damage. or shud i use sunsilk care and repair or sunsilk silky and straght. all my hair care products are about to finish and i need new ones. please help me! give me all kinds of suggestions about other brands and products u had in ming too. thanx!Which hair products are better?
I think the Aussie collection works great for all kinds of hair problems especially those double duty products like the mousse and conditioner and stuff like that. Like all things your hair will not get fixed overnight however what ever products you choose to use the best thing is to give it at least 2 months to see if it's working or not. A lot of people try something for the first week and then change onto something else and that's not enough time to start the repairing process. My suggestion though is all the way Aussie. I use the products myself and like I said there are no other products the have conditioner in the mousse. Good luck!Which hair products are better?
loreal shampoo and conditioner is just awesome and even sunsilk yellow is a nice shampoo.
4 conditioners either loreal or bio susse
beer
The Chi line is the best if you can afford it. It is especialy to help you not get damage from flat irons.
They have shampoo, cond, sprays to use before you apply flat iron and hairspray for after. If you can afford it, it is well worth the money.
Also you can get a spray detangler that you can apply to dry hair if your hair gets tangled a lot.
Go for a loreal shampoo and conditioner
and use a leave in cream to nourish your hair.good luck
i don't knw about the aussie products...but i knw that sunsilk doesn't work...so don't bother trying it
use both! cant hurt!
Dont go out and buy anything expensive.
First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)
Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)
Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a ';little'; honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)
Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short
Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!
The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower
You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences ';clean happy'; conditioner.
When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo %26amp; condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years
You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

Hey! NEVER straighten u'r hair or do rebonding.Just let u'r hair have it's natural look.Straightening %26amp; de other processes reduce the strength of u'r in the long run.Stop all the chemicals stuff %26amp;go in for natural %26amp; herbal remedies. But Livon is not a bad remedy for tangles after all! All the best pal!
i used to change shampoos all the time trying to find the best ones. wanting my hair to look like it does when i go to the salon. i bought a chi, i use the same techniques as my stylist but it was never the same. the answer to all hair problems is the SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER, i started using biolage and i noticed the difference after the very first time, it only got better each week. and now my hair is healthier, shinier, grows faster and straightens like i just got a relaxer every time i wash it!
my vote is for biolage, its costly like 18-20 bux a bottle but its sooooo worth it! give it a try get the formula for whatever ur hair is lacking and it will be solved after the first wash!
go to any salon, they sell it at targe't as well!
good luck!
Well, the best stuff out there is AVEDA, they have amazing hair products..you can't buy them at any store. go to their website at www.aveda.com it's not cheap but not too expensive. The stuff you listed isn't really good for your hair it's like layering it in wax. Aveda is the way to go! good luck :)
Well for me i have found that Garnier and L'oreal have a very good product selection. i'm a guy and my hair is kinda short but what you were saying in your question sounds like me......that is before i changed my shampoos etc,. i had very curly hair that woud'nt straighten even with Gels and sprays etc,. i used hair sraightener before with luck.....but remeber when in doubt....Don't. Also remember the more natural the better.
i think its better to go for the natural product instead going on for the chemical one.... i suggest a hair wash with dried hibiscus leaves along with a little touch of henna...this will fetch u better results
I have had excellent luck with Johnson %26amp; Johnson Baby Shampoo (it does contain soap or any of the fancy fragrances you are paying with other brands).
Then I use a thick conditioner with Vitamin E (mix Tblsp or so in glass of warm water) pour on rinsed hair. Leave on hair minimum 3 minutes prior to rinsing %26amp; comb/brush.
Air dry to avoid split ends.
Biosilk and CHI are good, you can get them at your local salons I bet. They're a bit expensive but they work beautifully. DON';T use Garnier Fructisse, Thermasilk or Pantene for straightening they dry out your hair
Garnier
GARNIER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! always.
http://fructis.garnier.ca/en/index.asp
sunsilk is very very ordinary.
use dove, l'oreal, garnier or revlon shampoo.
apply warm olive oil overnight.next morning wash with shampoo.
apply beaten egg or heenna for conditioning ur hair.

Garnier
GARNIER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! always.

sunsilk is very very ordinary.
use dove, l'oreal, garnier or revlon shampoo.
apply warm olive oil overnight.next morning wash with shampoo.
apply beaten egg or heenna for conditioning ur hair.
Which hair products are best?
i've bleached my hair blonde every 3 months for two years and recently i died it back to my natural colour( light brown). my hair has a rough texture and has a lot of split ends because i straighten it. is there any products that actually work and make your hair soft shiny and split free?
i've tried aussie, avon and herbal essencesWhich hair products are best?
I would really recommend Schwarzkoph BC Bonacure Sealed Ends.
You use it before drying and styling your hair and the condition feels lovely afterwards. It's meant for repairing or preventing split ends. It's only available to buy in hairdressers but I'm sure you can find it online to, especially on ebay.Which hair products are best?
You can't fix split ends.. once they split their done. Hair is dead so you have to take care of it or else it's just ruined. You should get your hair trimmed and then invest in a better shampoo and conditioner. I have listed below some brands I like and have used.
- Biolage
-Joico
-Pureology
-Bumble and Bumble
Good Luck, and if you are straightening your hair use a heat protectant. I like CHI Silk Infusion. Also, try to wash your hair every other day. The natural oils are really good for your hair.
I have really frizzy hair and I just bought some new shampoo and conditioner. It was quite expensive - I got both shampoo and conditioner together in a pack for $47.99. The brand is Andrew Collinge and it comes in bottles of 300mL and you can get a large range of serums which all suit various types of hair and do certain things. If your hair is rough i suggest Andrew Collinge Soft and Smooth shampoo and conditioner. It's what I use and it does wonders to dry or chemically damaged hair.
no darling try PPS its really great you can get it fromyour local hairdresser
I think Joico is the best because it contains actual human hair keratin and its in quadramine complex so that it actually penetrates your hair. This is basically putting back what you have lost. So for you I would recommend Joico Kpak shampoo and conditioner and you should do a weekly treatment as well. For that I really like Redken Extreme Deep fuel. Its like $18 for 5 tubes, and you can use each tube twice. Only use it after every 5 washes and condition afterwards (it will do a lot for you trust me!)
If you use these products I guarantee you will see a huge difference. They are more expensive than drugstore products for a reason.
oooh adelly is right too, bonacure line is very nicegloss

Which hair product should I use for frizz/ fly-away ends?
After I wash my hair, I apply serum and mousse then I style it with my hairdryer. Sometimes, however, after styling I still have some frizz. I don't want to apply more serum or hair cream to weigh down the hair and its style..is there like an effective spray or something I can use to deal with this? I DON'T want to use more SERUM鈥hanksWhich hair product should I use for frizz/ fly-away ends?
If you use Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment, you won't have to use serum every day. Its a conditioner you can leave in or rinse out. It comes in a little brown jar and is like a paste that turns into an oil when rubbed between your palms. I leave it in for an hour or more then shampoo and condition. One application lasts me up to 3 months. It turned my hair from straw to silk! It really is remarkable stuff. Actually, there are many ways to use it and the pamphlet that comes with it tells you all about it. Go to www.ojon.com and read all about it. It's fascinating where it comes from. I can't stress how healthy, shiny and frizz free it's made my hair. Check it out.Which hair product should I use for frizz/ fly-away ends?
redken products...they work wonders!
Hmm. Maybe you can try using olive oil after you wash your hair on a basis of say thrice a week?
Guess your hair condition will be better after that.
Or you can try Dove milk hairspray,. Its in a light blue container
try air-drying it instead of blow drying
it can sometimes help prevent frizz :)
try using salon products or some kind of well-trusted brand
Dont use an hairdryer. Try Aussies Leave-in Conditioner.
