Which hair product to use?

Which garnier hair product should i use to scrunch my hair? Garnier Fructis hard curl gel, wet shine gel extra strong, super stiff gel ultra strong, or curl construct mousse extra strong. i don't know which one to get for scrunching my hair, because i don't know which one is better, gel or mousse for super thick, curly hair, that maintains frizz. thanks. i scrunch my hair too, and i use Garnier Frucious ';sleek and shine'; Anti-Humidty Smoothing Milk and Garnier Frucious Curl Sculpting Spray Gel. They both work really well for my hair, which is sort of thick and frizzy.
the one that i used that worked the best for me, i dont know what its called but its the one in the long bottle that you spray into your hair like a ';squirt'; type deal. that one worked best for me and my hair is impossible to scrunch
well i would say to deff. get a gel. they make your hair pretty hard but they stay curly and not very frizzy. the mouse always makes my hair frizzy.
I would use the mousse and some anti frizz creme together. I've always had bad results with gels.
