Which hair products shall I use?

so I have been using Lush products the last 2 years and I really like them, however, I feel like they don't give my hair what they need.





I have really thick and dry hair with a lot of split ends. And what I hate most that my hair doens't feel soft enough. I'm looking for a shampoo %26amp; conditioner that makes my hair feel soft as soon as I get out of the shower.





Also, I am looking for a good heat protector (for before I straighten them) and every other kind of hair care products that you can suggest. I don't mind if it's not a drug store price. I am just looking for good products.





And please don't recommend me pantene or herbal or anything else that has silicone! I try to avoid silicones.Which hair products shall I use?
